STEAMWORKS BREWING COMPANY® CAPTURE THE FLAGSHIP PHOTO CONTEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES CONTEST PERIOD:

Contest begins at 12:00 pm (PST) on October 17th, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PST) on November 20th, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to win a Prize, you must be: (i) 19 years of age or older; and (ii) a resident of Canada. Employees and contractors of the provincial liquor agencies, liquor licensees, their employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Contest, visit one of the following websites:www.capturetheflaghship.com or capturetheflagship.hscampaigns.com Upload a photo to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #CaptureTheFlagship 5 randomized draws will be conducted throughout the contest period (1 per week) and the holder of the most recent hashtagged photo will win a Steamworks prize pack as well as receive 1 entry into the grand prize draw.

Steamworks will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, mobile phone failures, errors, failures or late entries, which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited and any entries deemed to have been generated via automatic means will be disqualified. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (PST) on November 20th, 2016 (the “Contest Close Date”). YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PROOF OF YOUR ID.

GRAND PRIZE:
There is one (1) grand prize available to be won by the Prize winner (the “Winner”) consisting of $1500 in Cash or equivalent in pre-paid Visa Gift cards.
Approximate value of the Grand Prize is $1500.00 CAD.

SECONDARY PRIZES:
There are five (5) Secondary prize packs available to be won consisting of the following:
IPA T-Shirt
IPA Car Flag
Steamworks Bottle Opener
Product Samples
IPA Glassware x2
Approximate Value of the Secondary Prize is $100

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:
At 9:00 am (PST) on November 22nd, 2016 in Burnaby, BC at 3845 William St., the contest winner will be selected.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIREMENT; NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
To be declared a winner of the Prize, you will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by email or by phone.
Except as may otherwise specifically described in these official rules, Steamworks will attempt to notify the selected entrant(s) by telephone or by email. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of being notified; (ii) fails to answer, or, incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question; or (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor the Declaration and Release of Liability forms for the selected entrant and his/her guest(s) within the time period indicated on such forms (if applicable); the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant.

RELEASES, ETC.:
Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY POLICY:
By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information. By accepting a Prize, winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats including, but not limited to, the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR AMEND:
Any termination of this contest will be subject, in B.C., to the approval of the B.C. Liquor Distribution Branch. In any such event, the Prize(s) not yet awarded may be awarded in a random drawing amongst all eligible claimants. In any such drawing, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, and execute any documents as may be required before being declared a winner.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Entrants who have not complied with these Official Contest Rules are subject to disqualification from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Steamworks. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR OTHER EQUIPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY USED AS PART OF THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIQUOR AUTHORITIES:
The provincial liquor agencies are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter which relates to this Contest.

You understand that you are providing your information to Steamworks Brewing Company and not to Facebook, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints will be directed to Steamworks Brewing Company and not Facebook. Facebook is indemnified and held harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) for any claim related to the promotion including, without limitation, the publicity or administration thereof. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of the administration and fulfillment of this Contest.
